Returns & Exchanges

At Ariel's Jewelry, we want you to shine with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn pieces. Please ensure items are returned in their original luxury packaging with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the jewelry items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original display box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid insured shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once our master jewelers inspect the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
